Zermatt:
Restaurant "Zermatterstuebli" (Kalbsgeschnetzeltes mit Roesti; Rindersteak; classic old school swiss restaurant with great food)
Matterhornbahn (Altitude sickness and playing in the snow:))
Paris:
Hotel K+K Hotel Cayre Saint German des Pres (nice rooms, good breakfast, good location);
Restaurant "Jules Verne" in the Eiffel Tower (good food and free access to the viewing platform during and after dinner)
Milan: The Westin Palace Hotel: Nice Junior suite and good food at "Terraza PanEVO"
Vienna:
Food: Naschmarkt (Pho) and Cafe Sacher (Sachertorte, not glutenfree but light and worth it)
Staatsoper: "4 Jahreszeiten" (super performance and old school atmosphere)
Dresden: Restaurant "Gaensedieb" and surrounding area
Berlin: Hotel Adlon (Rooms and breakfast) and "Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer" (under Reto Braendli)
Dreis: Waldhotel Sonora (one of the "Best of the Best")
Zurich: Cafe Spruengli am Flughafen (Macarones)
Food:
"Roy's Ko Olina": Great mixed drinks
"Noe"a t the Four Seasosn Ko Olina: Great Italian food and gluten free pasta; great service
"Senia" Honolulu: Great food!
Food Trucks near Hilo, North Shore: Great Poke
Food:
"Viale" restaurant in Cambridge: Great roasted half chicken
"Verveine" Cafe and Bakery: Great Glutenfree bakery (eveyrthing is GF)
"The Capital Grill Boston": Great food and awesome service
"La Royal": Peruvian restaurant near Harvard
Food:
"Alba": Italien restaurant across from Harrod's (glutenfree pasta; great risotto and fresh fish)
"Wiltons" restaurant: A classic on Jermyn Street. Great food and service.
"Palm Court at the Langham" : Glutenfree High Tea (sandwiches and pastries accompanied by classic teas; the pastries and cakes could compete with the best; sandwiches had top notch ingredients)
"Libby's" bakery in Notting Hill: Glutenfree bakery (light pain au chocolate and awesome jelly donuts)
Hotel:
RIU Plaza London Victoria: Nice rooms, good AC, quiet, good breakfast, great location
Transportation:
Heathrow Express: Buy tickets through the app. Business class tickets get you access to 'Fast Track' at Heathrow Security (no lines when we were there)
Subway (Tube): Pay as you go with contactless credit card or phone; billing cuts off at around 8 pounds (equivalent of a 24h ticket) so no need to buy 24h tickets. Multi day passes might still be good for longer stays
Food:
Hotel Hermitage - Lobby Bar/Restaurant: Friendly, good food, outstanding glutenfree Tiramisu. Hotel seems quieter with a more refined clientele.
Hotel de Paris/Le Louis XV: Light Fench/Mediterranean cuisine (lemon, acidic) with top notch service and wines. Hotel seems more like a "see and be seen spot".
